Teams often start to prepare for the engagement as the SOW is being finalized. Having the ability to scope out the engagement during the pursuit within an internal workspace and the ability to convert the workspace to a client workspace would help streamline the pursuit through delivery process. After the workspace is converted to client, the engagement team could add in the relevant FlexIDs to link to the engagement.
