Redact files stored in 'Save it' and templatize automatically

As a Concourse user, I would like to flag a template which i'm saving in 'Save it' to be redacted in an automated manner so that I don't have to spend time and effort redacting the latest and greatest content.

Flow : Teams start with templates associated with DM work items > during engagement produce updated work product > deliverables are approved > uploaded in save it > automatically redacted (via redaaction tool, link> redacted document updated to the associated work item within the DM
