PDM - Bulk Update to Work Items Hanging and not Showing Count/Status on Screen

Bulk updates to work items: takes long to load and does not consistently display the count/status at bottom of screen. User ends up refreshing and starting again (Provided by Onyebuchi Patrick H&P Apollo)
