PwC Internal workspaces: Allow linking of deliverables from one workspace to another

For internally maintained projects there may be cases where a team member is tracking deliverables across projects to report to different teams. would be helpful to enable a live link to maintain a 2-way sync of the details across the workspaces. This would only be for PwC Internal workspaces though to prevent an Risk concerns of accidentally linking across client projects
