Context/ask: Would it be possible to set up Concourse access for a group (e.g. "ECR Team")? In other words, when we notify engagement leaders/teams of an ECR, we could simply ask them to add "ECR Team" for access to their Concourse workspace, and that in turn would enable any of our ECR team members to be able to view their Concourse workspace. When we spoke about this today and mentioned that our reviewers ask for teams to add them to their Concourse workspace, we neglected to mention that we have three levels of review and so three different people may need to review the Concourse workspace. Who those reviewers are is not really known at the outset of a review, therefore, the simplest solution could be to have the "ECR Team" be added for access and then any one of us (on a list that we provide and manage) can access Concourse workspaces of the teams we are reviewing who have added "ECR Team" for access to their workspace.

For Save It, there are dedicated reviewer groups, like our named "QR&M Team" group, that have superuser read-only access to all Save it workspaces (e.g. US Save It workspaces, MX Save It workspaces, Deals only workspaces). The group, nor the individual users named within it, are not visible as Save It team members. Again, given that this is also SharePoint based, we believe this could potentially be applied to Concourse workspaces.

Potential short term solution: add a service account as a user to a Concourse workspace

Consideration: conversations have been had regarding similar ideas via the CSP Quality Pillar

It's important to note that the goal is to not put more work on our engagement teams! A solution that doesn't involve asking eng. teams that are being reviewed to do more work is preferred.
