Concourse Project Delivery Map

It would be helpful if there was a PDM format that was slightly more tailored to strategy engagements. The current structure is heavily aligned to Tech implementation / PMO project delivery, which makes it a bit challenging to align strategy SOWs components to PDM frameworks.
