Practice teams often need to focus on the most granular, practice-specific elements of a delivery plan—typically found at PDM Level 5 (L5). A view that organizes the delivery plan by PDM levels, including L5, would help users more easily navigate and act on the tasks that matter most to them.
Why It Matters:
Supports practice-specific planning: L5 typically holds the content most relevant to specific teams like SAP. This view helps them zero in on their responsibilities.
Improves navigation of complex scopes: In large engagements, having a structured, hierarchical view helps users make sense of the scope without getting lost.
What’s Needed:
UI toggle to switch delivery plan view by PDM level (e.g., Stage > Substage > Activity > Deliverable > Task).
