Introduce a points-based or recognition system that incentivizes asset contributions. Contributors could receive points, badges, or public acknowledgment for sharing high-value assets. The system may include a leaderboard, periodic rewards, and automated attribution tags on assets, making contributors visible and connectable for follow-up or questions.
Put Simply: Reward and recognize users who share valuable assets, encouraging more sharing and collaboration.
Why it Matters: Directly addresses the motivational gap in asset sharing, fosters a sharing culture, and makes it clear who the subject matter experts are. Helps with follow-up and ensures contributors feel valued for their efforts.
