Overview:
Many assets currently lack meaningful descriptions—some duplicate their title, while others are excessively long or unclear. We want to leverage AI to generate concise, helpful summaries for assets, making their purpose and value easier to understand.
Put Simply:
Use AI to automatically create simple, clear descriptions for assets that currently have either no description, a copied title, or overly lengthy text.
Why it Matters:
- Ensures every asset is described in a useful, consistent way
- Saves users time by eliminating the need to read through irrelevant or unclear descriptions
- Makes it easier to identify, search for, and understand assets at a glance
- Reduces manual editing and improves data quality across the platform
