We would like to request a feature in JIRA Cloud that provides chatbot-style interactive guidance, suggesting how to use the tool based on the user's current context and needs.

This functionality would allow users to receive real-time, conversational support tailored to their specific tasks, making it easier for beginners to navigate the system and perform operations without confusion.
Especially in situations involving complex configurations or unfamiliar workflows, AI-driven guidance can reduce the need to search through manuals, prevent operational errors, and significantly improve overall efficiency and user experience.
