Scoping by Offerings: Add possibility to hide mandatory items during scoping by offerings or by delivery standards with reflection in count

Hi Team,
currently when user is selecting any items during scoping by offerings both offerings and delivery standards contains not only their specific items but also mandatory items [we know that it was added on purpose]. However, user should have the possibility to review offering or DS unique content before selecting it. Right now in some offerings or DS amount of unique items is lower than amount of mandatory items. So, it does not allow for proper preview [especially when on top we see mainly mandatory items].
