I am sharing feedback from Microsoft NL, where there is some hesitation around adopting the PDM .
Feedback from Microsoft :
A short answer from my side having seen some of the available materials for ERP only.
There is nothing much which is usable for us besides the ‘phases’ mentioned
The content available is not so much Microsoft specific and in a lot of occasions there is nothing at all (no attachments)
We can leverage the phases and activities for internal quality assurance, but for projects we will use DevOps as project management tooling
