Concourse & Jira DC Portal

I've come across a number of templates and assets in Confluence and Jira that are outdated, contain old branding, or potentially are no longer relevant to current PDM ways of working (BXT).

This can make it difficult for users to know which templates they should be using and can result in teams spending time updating or reworking artefacts before they can be used. In some cases, there are multiple versions of similar templates available, which adds further confusion.

It would be beneficial to review the existing library of templates and assets to:

• Remove or archive outdated templates.

• Update templates with legacy branding or content.

• Ensure templates align with current PDM standards and practices.

• Clearly identify the recommended/approved templates for project teams.

• Assign ownership to templates so they can be maintained over time.

This would help improve the user experience, reduce confusion, and encourage greater consistency across engagements.
