search and select tasks/subtasks with similar names

When we search for a task/subtask name, all relevant tasks/subtasks show up. We should then be able to select multiple tasks/subtasks to delete/update or move around.

    I would add to this to enhance the UI to allow the user to stay pinned to the work item that they search. If I search a work item now and click the 'x' in the search box to see additional details about the selected work item, I'm then exited out of the search and I have to manually search for the work item to find the details.
