The creation of both Microsoft Teams and Save It SharePoint sites for each Concourse workspace creates a lot of confusion, especially because the names match exactly.
It would be great if:
Naming allowed for easy identification of each site (e.g. <engagement> - Save It, Engagement - Teams)
Links were automatically added between the Save It and Teams sites in SharePoint, and a Save It "tab" (SharePoint page) was added in the MS Team
Save It Teams is being successfully leveraged in a number of territories and is available for the US to adopt in replacement of the Teams instance that Concourse currently provisions. Such an approach would reduce the complexity of managing multiple SharePoint sites for each engagement - https://docs.google.com/file/d/17g3MEN4zr7AnwwLC9_srMidFpX5yF4vORQgpyU4kuqc
Save It Teams also support secure external collaboration.

As we transition to MSFT, not only do we have a personal OneDrive and a Sharepoint for every Team, but Concourse runs on a separate, but parallel Sharepoint for your Team. It's a bit out of control and makes navigating things very confusing. Is there a way to combine the Teams Sharepoint and the Concourse Sharepoint into one?
It'd be nice if there were an easier way to move or publish files from the Teams Sharepoint into SaveIT. Perhaps Concourse should integrate with the Teams Sharepoint and then have SaveIT be the 'vault' or something that you move things into for more permanent storage. At any rate, the current set up is way to confusing for the uninitiated. There will be a lot of Partners, Directors, and Sr. Managers who are going to give up because of the complexity here.
