As a Project Manager, I would like to be able to define my own drop down list for Status, Severity, Escalation Level, and Likelihood within the RAID Log so that it aligns to our client requirements. This could be defaulted at the start of a concourse workspace to what is currently in place but Project Managers could have the option to further defined
We would like to have addition status for issue like UAT, Customer action, On hold
Further to add onto this, but given fields such as "escalation level", "status", "severity" are core project related fields that integrate with Jira, we are not able to modify these fields in Jira due to the bi-directional integration. Thus having the flexibility to define those values in concourse thereby enabling those values to be used in Jira is critical.
