I hit next because a specific DM didn't really align with the project goals. The only way I could resolve was to spend time contacting IT support, and the only thing they asked me to do was to clear all my browsing history, before escalating to L2. IT support asked for a URL to the site, however there is no URL to the site since it couldn't get created...
This is frustrating UX for a tool that is supposed to help make things easier.
