Cannot drag to sort tasks and deliverables when workstream filter is on

I've noticed that I cannot re-order via drag and drop project deliverables, tasks, and sub-tasks when filters are applied in both List and Gantt view.

    Yup, Drag and Drop will not happen, when items are filtered
